Automotive Sales Consultant – Multilingual

Spinny Cars Ltd. is growing our sales team and looking for an energetic, customer-focused Automotive Sales Consultant.

We serve customers from many different communities. English is required, and the ability to professionally assist customers in an additional language such as Tagalog/Filipino, Vietnamese, Spanish, Punjabi, Hindi, Mandarin, or another language is considered a strong asset.

What You Will Do

- Respond to dealership leads, calls, online inquiries, and walk-in customers
- Follow up with prospective customers and schedule appointments
- Understand vehicle needs, budget, trade-in, and financing requirements
- Present vehicles and arrange test drives
- Assist with credit applications and required documentation
- Work with management and finance partners to complete sales
- Maintain professional customer follow-up and sales records
- Follow dealership and Vehicle Sales Authority requirements

What We Are Looking For
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Confident with telephone, text messaging, and online customer inquiries




- Self-motivated and comfortable working in a sales environment
- Valid British Columbia driver's licence
- Full-time availability for an in-person position
- Automotive sales experience is an asset but not required
- Vehicle Sales Authority Salesperson Licence preferred; eligible candidates willing to obtain one may also be considered
- Ability to communicate in a second language is an asset

Compensation
- $1,000 per retail vehicle sold
- Performance bonus opportunities
- Expected target after training: 7–10 vehicle sales per month
- Expected annual earnings: $90,000–$120,000
- Actual earnings depend on individual sales performance and are not guaranteed
- Minimum wage top-up applies as required under British Columbia Employment Standards
