- Upsell additional services or maintenance based on customer needs and vehicle history to maximize dealership revenue
- Handle cash transactions accurately, including processing payments and issuing receipts
- Maintain detailed records of all service orders, customer interactions, and vehicle histories




- Follow up with customers post-service to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns promptly

Skills

- Proven dealership experience with a strong understanding of automotive repair processes
- Mechanical knowledge gained through mechanic experience or technical training
