Responsibilities

- Greet customers warmly and listen attentively to understand their vehicle concerns and service needs
- Explain repair recommendations clearly, providing detailed information about necessary services and costs
- Coordinate with technicians to prioritize repairs and ensure timely completion of work
- Upsell additional services or maintenance based on mechanical knowledge and customer needs to enhance vehicle performance and safety
- Handle cash transactions accurately, process payments, and maintain proper financial records
- Maintain organized service records, update customer files, and follow up on vehicle status throughout the repair process
- Provide outstanding customer service by addressing questions,



resolving issues promptly, and ensuring customer satisfaction
- Work schedule includes Saturdays

Skills

- Proven dealership experience with a solid understanding of automotive sales processes and customer relations
- Mechanical experience or automotive repair knowledge to confidently discuss vehicle issues and solutions
- Robust mechanical knowledge to explain repairs effectively and identify upselling opportunities
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, professional demeanor that builds trust and loyalty
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately while maintaining attention to detail
- Effective communication skills for clear explanations and active listening during customer interactions
- Sales aptitude with a proactive approach to promoting additional services that benefit the customer’s vehicle health
