Wilkinson Diesel Services Ltd is a well established repair business with over 35 years of experience in diagnosing and repairing vehicles. We are a diesel and gas bumper to bumper light duty truck repair shop looking to recruit an energetic and punctual individual wanting to join our team.

Job duties would include diagnosing and repair of all types of diesel and gasoline vehicles. We are looking for someone with positive leadership qualities, good work ethic and able to work with all individuals in a variety of situations.

Monday to Friday 8am -5pm, 2 coffee breaks per day, 1 hour lunch break, Competitive salary that's in this listing PLUS bonus, Canada Life Health Benefits, RRSP Match program.

Minimum 5 years experience required.

Summary

As an Automotive Service Technician, you will be essential in diagnosing and repairing vehicles to ensure optimal performance and safety. Reporting to the Service Manager, you will utilize your core skills in automotive repair, mechanical knowledge, and maintenance to address a variety of issues.

Responsibilities





- Perform automotive diagnostics to identify issues and recommend repairs.
- Utilize mechanical knowledge and hand tools to conduct repairs and maintenance on vehicles.
- Execute automotive repair tasks efficiently while adhering to safety standards.
- Provide excellent customer service by explaining repair processes and addressing client concerns.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of service tasks.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring all tools and equipment are in good condition.

Job Type: Full-time Pay: $40.00-$45.00 per hour
