Duties

- Perform comprehensive diagnostics and repairs on a variety of vehicles using schematics and technical manuals
- Conduct routine maintenance such as oil changes, tire rotations, brake inspections, and fluid replacements
- Utilize hand tools, power tools, and welding equipment to assemble or disassemble vehicle components accurately
- Identify and troubleshoot mechanical issues through detailed inspections and testing procedures
- Follow safety protocols during heavy lifting, welding, and assembly tasks to ensure a secure work environment




- Read and interpret schematics to accurately diagnose electrical or mechanical problems
- Maintain detailed service records, update repair logs, and communicate findings clearly to team members and customers

Qualifications

- Proven mechanic experience with a robust foundation in automotive repair and maintenance
- Dealership experience is highly preferred for familiarity with brand-specific systems
- Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and schematics for diagnostics and repairs
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently during parts replacement or assembly tasks
- Solid mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues effectively
- Excellent customer service skills to explain repairs clearly and ensure customer satisfaction
- Experience with vehicle schematics, assembly processes, and general maintenance procedures
