We are seeking a motivated and skilled Automotive Technician to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a wide range of vehicles and heavy equipment, ensuring optimal performance and safety. Your expertise will help keep our customers’ vehicles and machinery running smoothly, whether it’s cars, trucks, or industrial equipment.

This position offers an exciting opportunity to work with diverse machinery, including excavators, cranes, forklifts, and farm machinery, utilizing your mechanical knowledge and hands-on skills to deliver exceptional service.

Responsibilities

- Perform comprehensive diagnostics and repairs on automotive systems using schematics and technical manuals.
- Conduct maintenance on heavy equipment such as excavators, cranes, forklifts, and industrial machinery.
- Utilize hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and other specialized tools to complete repairs efficiently.
- Operate heavy machinery safely during maintenance or repair procedures when necessary.
- Interpret electrical diagrams and schematics to troubleshoot electrical issues in vehicles and equipment.




- Ensure all repairs meet safety standards and quality expectations through thorough inspections.
- Communicate effectively with customers regarding repair needs, timelines, and maintenance advice.

Qualifications

- Proven mechanic experience with a robust background in automotive repair and heavy equipment maintenance.
- Dealership experience is highly preferred but not required.
- Knowledge of excavator, crane, forklift operation, and farm machinery is a plus.
- Familiarity with Caterpillar or other industrial equipment brands is advantageous.
- Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and schematics interpretation.
- Mechanical knowledge combined with electrical experience to troubleshoot complex systems.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and operate industrial equipment as needed.
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on clear communication and professionalism.
