Join our dynamic team as an Automotive Technician and become a vital part of delivering top-tier vehicle maintenance and repair services. In this energetic role, you will diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair a wide range of automotive systems with precision and enthusiasm. Your mechanical expertise will ensure vehicles are safe, reliable, and performing at their best, contributing to customer satisfaction and operational excellence.

Responsibilities

- Perform routine automotive maintenance tasks, including oil changes, tire rotations, and alignments.
- Diagnosing and repairing a wide range of light to medium duty vehicles.
- Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively for repairs Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Communicating with the Service Advisor about the status of vehicles to keep customers informed.
- Using computerized testing equipment, conduct extensive diagnostic procedures to determine the sources of customers’ problems and provide accurate repair recommendations.




- Utilize heavy lifting techniques and heavy equipment operation skills to handle vehicle parts and machinery safely.
- Follow detailed service procedures for automotive repair while adhering to safety standards and manufacturer specifications.
- Proven mechanic experience with a robust background in automotive repair.

Education and Experience

- Valid high school diploma or equivalent
- 1-3 years relevant experience
- Apprentice or Journeyman Certification
- Preference will be given to Journeyman or 3rd year apprentice

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team environment
- High Attention to detail
- Strong ability to assemble and disassemble mechanical components
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to build lasting relationships
- Ability to communicate effectively (verbal and written communication)
- High level of energy with strong customer service skills
- Ability to handle transactions accurately and be responsible
- The ability and commitment to work in a safe manner
