Duties

- Safely operate your own commercial truck to transport freight across designated routes within Canada or USA
- Load and unload freight using forklifts and other heavy equipment, ensuring proper handling and securing of cargo
- Conduct routine vehicle inspections and perform basic automotive repairs to maintain optimal vehicle performance
- Verify shipment documentation, ensure accurate delivery, and obtain necessary signatures upon delivery completion
- Maintain detailed logs of all trips, inspections, and maintenance activities in compliance with transportation regulations
- Communicate effectively with dispatchers, clients,



and team members to coordinate schedules and resolve issues promptly
- Adhere strictly to safety protocols, including forklift operation standards and heavy equipment procedures, to prevent accidents or damage

Qualifications

- Valid AZ driver’s license with a clean driving record and proven experience in commercial driving within Canada or USA
- Demonstrated proficiency in forklift operation and heavy equipment handling
- Knowledge of freight handling procedures and cargo securing techniques
- Basic automotive repair skills for troubleshooting vehicle issues on the road
- Strong understanding of transportation regulations and safety standards applicable to commercial drivers
- Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, loading, unloading, and operating heavy machinery with precision
- Excellent communication skills for coordinating with clients, dispatchers, and team members
