Job Overview

Are you an AZ-licensed owner-operator looking for consistent work and a trusted partner? HCT is hiring experienced drivers for year-round opportunities.

We’re looking for professionals with at least 2 years of verified experience who are open to over-the-road (OTR) hauls, primarily between Montreal, New Jersey, Current York and Philadelphia lanes.

Applicants must have a TWIC card or should be eligible for it (Canadian passport OR B-1 visa annotated for TWIC).

We’re committed to helping you succeed as an AZ-licensed owner-operator. Here’s what you can expect when you work with us:

- Enjoy steady loads with 2,500–3,000 miles per week.
- Trips start and end at base depot. Trips will return home next-day.
- No-Touch Freight (ocean containers only).
- Bi-weekly direct deposit payments.
- Dedicated dispatcher and support
- On-site parking.
- Maintained chassis with a comprehensive preventive maintenance and inspection program.
- In-house repair and safety team.
- Company provided ELD and tablet.

Requirements:

- Verifiable 2+ years of AZ experience
- Container hauling experience is an asset
- CVOR and driver’s abstract (from last 30 days)
- Clean background check
- Clean drug test
- TWIC card is an asset.

Êtes-vous un propriétaire-exploitant titulaire d'un permis AZ à la recherche d'un travail stable et d'un partenaire de confiance ? HCT embauche des chauffeurs expérimentés pour des opportunités à l'année.

Nous recherchons des professionnels ayant au moins 2 ans d'expérience vérifiable, disposés à effectuer des trajets longue distance (OTR), principalement entre Montréal, le New Jersey, New York et Philadelphie.





Les candidats doivent posséder une carte TWIC ou être admissibles à en obtenir une (passeport canadien OU visa B-1 annoté pour le TWIC).

Nous nous engageons à vous aider à réussir en tant que propriétaire-exploitant titulaire d'un permis AZ. Voici ce à quoi vous pouvez vous attendre en travaillant avec nous :

- Profitez de charges stables de 2 500 à 3 000 milles par semaine.
- Les trajets débutent et se terminent au dépôt de base. Retour à la maison le lendemain.
- Marchandises sans manutention (conteneurs maritimes seulement).
- Paiements par dépôt direct aux deux semaines.
- Répartiteur dédié et soutien
- Stationnement sur place.
- Châssis bien entretenus grâce à un programme complet d'entretien préventif et d'inspection.
- Équipe interne de réparation et de sécurité.
- ELD et tablette fournis par l'entreprise.

Exigences :

- 2 ans et plus d'expérience AZ vérifiable
- Expérience en transport de conteneurs, un atout
- CVOR et relevé de conduite du chauffeur (des 30 derniers jours)
- Vérification des antécédents sans tache
- Test de dépistage de drogues négatif
- Carte TWIC, un atout.
- Si vous n'avez pas de carte TWIC mais que vous y êtes admissible (passeport canadien ou visa B-1 annoté pour le TWIC), veuillez nous en informer.

Job Types: Full time, Permanent Pay: $250,000.00-$350,000.00 per year
