Duties

- Safely operate commercial trucks, adhering to all traffic laws and safety regulations
- Transport freight efficiently between warehouses, distribution centers, and customer locations
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure vehicle safety and compliance with regulations
- Load and unload freight using forklifts or other heavy equipment as needed, ensuring proper handling and securement
- Perform basic automotive repairs or troubleshooting to address minor mechanical issues during routes
- Maintain accurate delivery documentation, logs, and reports for each trip
- Communicate effectively with dispatchers, warehouse staff,



and clients to coordinate deliveries and resolve issues promptly

Skills

- Valid AZ driver’s license with a clean driving record and proven commercial driving experience
- Proficiency in forklift operation for loading and unloading freight safely
- Strong knowledge of freight handling procedures and heavy equipment operation
- Ability to perform basic automotive repairs or troubleshooting on trucks and related equipment
- Excellent communication skills to coordinate with team members and clients effectively
- Attention to detail for vehicle inspections, safety checks, and accurate record keeping
- Physical stamina to handle long hours on the road, including lifting heavy items when necessary
