As a Baker at COBS Bread, you will:

- Work with other Bakers and the Production Manager to ensure the bread quality and range is to COBS Bread standards and delivered on time to meet customer demands.
- Maintain the safety of staff and customers by upholding the COBS Bread brand and standards.
- Be assigned an initial designated area of responsibility (Bowl, Bench, or Ovens) and will cross-functionally train and learn all three areas.
- Assist with stock rotation.
- Provide delightful customer service.
- Provide support to the whole bakery team, demonstrate teamwork and foster good working relationships.

Responsibilities

- Candidates with previous experience in baking is required.
- Candidates must have their own transportation
- At COBS Bread Upper Oakville, baking starts at 10PM. Baking may start early based on needs and holidays.
- Candidates must be able to lift 25kg.




- Valid Food Safety Course and/or First Aid Training Certificate is valued but not required

Pay: $18.00-$23.00 per hour
