Job Overview

We are seeking energetic and detail-oriented Bakers and Mixers to join our energetic food production team. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing, mixing, and baking a variety of baked goods and food products in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Your expertise will ensure the highest standards of food safety, sanitation, and quality are maintained throughout the production process.

Duties

- Mix ingredients accurately according to recipes and production specifications
- Operate bakery equipment such as mixers, ovens, and packaging machinery safely and efficiently
- Monitor baking processes to ensure consistent quality and proper cooking times
- Package finished products securely using appropriate packaging techniques
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of workstations, equipment, and production areas in compliance with food safety standards
- Conduct routine inspections of machinery for mechanical issues and perform basic troubleshooting when necessary
- Assist with inventory management by tracking raw materials and finished goods
- Follow all safety protocols,



including proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and safe handling of food processing tools

Requirements

- Previous experience in food manufacturing, bakery, or food processing preferred but not required; training provided for motivated candidates
- Basic math skills for measuring ingredients and adjusting recipes accurately
- Mechanical knowledge or aptitude for operating bakery equipment and troubleshooting minor mechanical issues
- Knowledge of sanitation practices within a food industry setting
- Ability to operate a forklift is a plus but not mandatory; training can be provided if needed
- Understanding of food safety regulations and quality control procedures
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods, lift heavy objects safely, and perform repetitive tasks
