Lady Glaze Doughnuts is looking for a friendly, energetic, hands-on Bakery Clerk to join our team!

This is a fast-paced role that combines doughnut decorating, bakery prep, customer service, and front-of-house operations. You’ll help create the products our customers love while making sure every customer who walks through our door has a great experience.

We’re looking for someone who is reliable, upbeat, detail-oriented, and comfortable staying busy. If you enjoy working with food, talking to people, and being part of a small team, we’d love to meet you.

What You'll Do

- Decorate and finish doughnuts to Lady Glaze standards
- Prepare glazes, toppings, fillings, and other bakery components
- Work the front counter and provide friendly, welcoming customer service
- Greet customers and help them choose from our menu
- Take orders and process payments accurately
- Prepare coffee, espresso drinks, and other beverages
- Pack doughnut boxes and prepare orders for pickup and delivery
- Maintain clean, organized, and well-stocked displays
- Restock products, packaging, and front-of-house supplies
- Keep work areas, equipment, counters, and customer areas clean throughout the shift
- Follow food safety, sanitation, and company procedures
- Work as part of a team to keep the bakery running smoothly during busy periods
- Take on additional bakery and store tasks as needed

- Able to follow recipes, instructions, and established procedures
- Comfortable working with food and maintaining high cleanliness standards
- Able to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks
- Previous bakery, café, restaurant, or customer service experience is an asset
- Food Handler certification is an asset

The Right Person You don't need to know everything on day one. We're looking for someone who wants to learn, takes pride in their work, and understands that the little things matter.

Our bakery clerks move between decorating doughnuts, making drinks, serving customers, packing orders, cleaning, and preparing ingredients throughout the day. You should be comfortable jumping in wherever you're needed and helping your teammates keep things moving.
