Position: Baker/Deli Supervisor

Full-time: 40 hours per week. Eligible for benefits after 3 months. If you are relocating from another province, please ensure you have AB Health coverage to be covered by our plan provider.

Availability: Weekdays and weekends- mornings, afternoons, and evenings.

Responsibilities:

- Be a productive team member while promoting Co-op memberships and benefits
- Be familiar with and adhere to Central Alberta Co-op policies and procedures
- Assist store management in the organization, direction, and coordination of the department to achieve budgeted goals
- Order, receive, and display merchandise
- Process accurate paperwork in a timely manner and assist with the management/leadership of team members within the department
- Provide outstanding customer service and assist in reducing theft and loss
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Perform additional duties as assigned by the manager

Qualifications:

- Proven ability to lead a team in a fast-paced workplace
- Outstanding customer service and communication skills
- Ability to prioritize work and adapt to changes
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
- Previous retail experience is an asset
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs; some heavy lifting is required
