Duties

- Set up banquet rooms according to event specifications, ensuring all tables, linens, glassware, and utensils are perfectly arranged.
- Serve food and beverages promptly and professionally during events, maintaining high standards of presentation and guest satisfaction.
- Assist with food preparation tasks as needed, supporting the culinary team in maintaining cleanliness and organization in food handling areas.
- Respond swiftly to guest requests with a friendly attitude, providing excellent customer service throughout the event.
- Clear tables efficiently after service, ensuring the banquet area remains tidy and inviting for ongoing or upcoming events.
- Follow all food safety protocols and proper food handling procedures to ensure guest safety and compliance with health regulations.




- Collaborate with team members and management to ensure smooth event operations and address any guest concerns promptly.

Qualifications

- Prior restaurant or food industry experience is highly preferred; enthusiasm for hospitality is essential.
- Strong background in food service, serving, or banquet operations demonstrates your ability to excel in this role.
- Excellent guest services skills with a friendly demeanor and positive attitude toward customer interactions.
- Knowledge of food handling procedures and food safety standards ensures safe and hygienic service.
- Experience with food preparation or assisting culinary staff is a plus but not mandatory.
- Previous hotel or event experience can be advantageous in understanding the flow of large-scale functions.
- Ability to stand for extended periods, move swiftly between tasks, and work effectively under pressure in a lively environment.
