We are seeking an energetic and motivated Bar Team Leader to oversee daily operations within our vibrant bar environment. In this role, you will lead a dynamic team of bartenders and service staff, ensuring exceptional customer experiences while maintaining high standards of food safety, cleanliness, and service quality. Responsibilities

- Supervise and motivate the bar team to deliver outstanding customer service and efficient food and beverage service
- Oversee food preparation and ensure adherence to food safety standards, including proper food handling and sanitation practices
- Manage daily operations, including POS (Point of Sale) transactions using Micros POS systems for accurate cash handling and order processing
- Lead by example in serving customers, taking orders, and preparing beverages with precision and flair
- Conduct interviews and assist in hiring qualified team members to build a solid, cohesive staff
- Monitor inventory levels, assist with stock ordering,



and ensure proper storage of food and beverages
- Enforce compliance with health regulations, safety protocols, and company policies across all areas of the restaurant and bar operations

Experience

- Proven supervising or team management experience in a food service or hospitality environment
- Extensive food industry knowledge including food preparation, cooking techniques, and kitchen operations
- Experience with restaurant management systems such as Micros POS or similar platforms
- Strong background in customer service, serving, and hospitality standards
- Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams and handle interviewing processes effectively
- Familiarity with food safety regulations, food handling procedures, and kitchen experience preferred
- Previous hotel or barista experience is advantageous but not required; a passion for the food industry is essential
