Job Overview

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Barista to join our team. As a Barista, you will play a vital role in creating a welcoming environment for our customers while preparing and serving high-quality beverages and food items. Your exceptional customer service skills and attention to detail will ensure that each guest has an enjoyable experience.

Duties

- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages, teas, and food items according to established recipes and standards.
- Operate the POS system, including Micros POS, for processing transactions accurately.
- Provide excellent customer service by engaging with customers, taking orders, and addressing any inquiries or concerns.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area, including food preparation stations and dining areas.
- Handle cash transactions responsibly, ensuring accurate cash handling and basic math calculations during checkout.




- Follow food safety guidelines and proper food handling procedures to ensure the health and safety of all customers.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient service during peak hours while managing time effectively.

Experience

- Previous barista experience or experience in the food industry is preferred.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse clientele.
- Familiarity with food preparation techniques and food service operations is advantageous.
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately.
