Duties

- Deliver professional hair styling services tailored to each client’s preferences and needs
- Provide outstanding customer service by listening carefully and offering personalized recommendations
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards to ensure a safe and hygienic salon environment
- Assist clients at the front desk with scheduling appointments, check-ins, and product purchases
- Promote retail sales by upselling hair care products and styling tools that enhance client results
- Communicate clearly with clients about styling options,



aftercare, and product usage
- Support team members in maintaining a lively, organized, and welcoming salon atmosphere

Requirements

- Proven experience in hair styling with a strong portfolio of work
- Excellent communication skills to connect effectively with clients and team members
- Knowledge of sanitation procedures and safety standards in a salon setting
- Ability to upsell products confidently while prioritizing customer needs
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude
- Previous experience working at the front desk or in retail sales is a plus
- Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment
