About Foodeal Breakfast Club

Foodeal is launching the Foodeal Breakfast Club - a fresh morning concept designed to bring outstanding coffee, convenient breakfast and community together.

We’re looking for an energetic and reliable Barista who wants to help us build the Breakfast Club from the ground up. This is more than simply making coffee. You’ll be part of launching a new concept, creating a welcoming morning atmosphere and helping turn Foodeal into a go-to breakfast stop in the community.

What You’ll Do

As our Breakfast Club Barista, you will:

- Prepare and serve coffee, tea, hot chocolate and other breakfast beverages.
- Prepare and serve simple grab-and-go breakfast items according to Foodeal standards.
- Provide friendly, efficient customer service.
- Set up the Breakfast Club each morning and prepare the service area before opening.
- Maintain a clean, organized and inviting coffee and breakfast station.
- Process customer orders and payments.
- Monitor coffee, beverage, food and packaging inventory.
- Help minimize food waste and maintain appropriate stock levels.
- Recommend new drinks,



breakfast ideas and improvements based on customer feedback.
- Help create a welcoming Breakfast Club community.
- Encourage repeat customers and help grow morning sales.

Qualifications

- Previous barista experience or food service background is highly preferred
- Familiarity with POS systems like Micros POS or similar platforms
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently during busy hours
- Excellent customer service skills with a positive attitude and clear communication abilities
- Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures
- Ability to perform basic math for cash handling and transaction accuracy
- Experience in serving, food preparation, or cashiering within the food industry is advantageous
