Squamish Canyon offers a one-of-a-kind canyon walkway and immersive forest experience in the heart of the Sea to Sky Corridor. We are hiring friendly, guest-focused team members to deliver exceptional quality service at every touchpoint.

We’re currently hiring Baristas / Counter Team Members who thrive in rapid-paced environments, take pride in great service, and bring positive energy to both guests and teammates.

What You’ll Do

Bring the Energy, Keep It Elevated

· Welcome guests with warmth, confidence, and just the right amount of sparkle.

· Take orders with accuracy, and a helpful sense of what guests might love.

· Answer questions and make recommendations about coffee, food, and the guest experience.

· Provide helpful information about allergens and dietary accommodations.

· Keep counters, self-serve areas, and seating spaces fresh, clean, and camera-ready.

Craft Drinks People Talk About

· Prepare espresso drinks, brewed coffee, and other beverages with care, consistency, and style.

· Move quickly during peak rushes while keeping quality and presentation on point.

· Restock, reset, and help the café feel calm, curated, and ready for what’s next.

Keep the Experience Seamless





· Support food and pastry handling, heating, and polished presentation.

· Use the POS system smoothly for transactions, returns, and daily cash handling.

· Follow food safety, sanitation, opening, and closing procedures with pride.

· Jump in wherever needed to keep the team flow smooth and the guest experience elevated.

What You Bring to the Counter

· A naturally friendly style, polished presence, and genuine interest in people.

· Strong communication skills and the ability to stay cool, kind, and focused when things get busy.

· Reliability, punctuality, and the kind of team-first attitude people enjoy working with.

· Customer service, food service, or barista experience is an asset—but we’re happy to train the right person.

· Ability to stand for extended periods and safely lift up to 40 lbs.

Bonus Points For

· FOODSAFE Level 1, Serving It Right, or OFA Level 1 certification.

· Experience with espresso machines, POS systems, or high-volume service.

· Fluency in another language.
