Barista

Employment: Full-time & Part-time

Location: Bedford, NS

Start Date: Immediate

Compensation: $18.20/hour + shared tips + staff discount

Who We’re Looking For

- Previous barista experience is required
- Passion for specialty coffee and excellent customer service
- Friendly, welcoming, and professional attitude
- Solid communication, multitasking, and organizational skills
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality and consistency
- Reliable, energetic, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- A positive team player who enjoys working with others
- Availability to work mornings, afternoons, and weekends

What You’ll Do
- Prepare high-quality espresso-based beverages, teas, and specialty drinks with consistency and care
- Serve pastries, sandwiches,



and light meals while ensuring excellent presentation
- Provide friendly and attentive service and create a warm, welcoming café experience
- Take customer orders and process payments accurately using the POS system
- Maintain a clean, organized, and food-safe café and service area
- Restock supplies and help keep the café ready throughout the day
- Work closely with the team to provide a smooth and enjoyable experience for every customer
