Job Summary

We are seeking an energetic and personable Bartender to join our vibrant hospitality team! Duties

- Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and flair, ensuring consistency in taste and presentation
- Engage with guests in a friendly, lively manner, providing excellent customer service that encourages repeat visits
- Manage POS (Point of Sale) systems such as Touchbistro and Chase for accurate order entry and cash handling
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, adhering to food safety and sanitation standards
- Handle cash transactions efficiently, including cashiering duties, while accurately balancing cash drawers at shift end
- Monitor guest behavior to promote responsible serving practices in compliance with alcohol regulations
- Assist in inventory management by tracking stock levels and communicating supply needs to management





Qualifications

- Previous restaurant or food industry experience is highly preferred, especially in bar or beverage service roles
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Touchbistro and Chase for order processing and cashiering tasks
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude that enhances guest experience
- Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks during busy hours
- Basic math skills for cash handling, making change, and inventory calculations
- Ability to serve alcohol responsibly in accordance with local laws and regulations
- Experience with food service operations and hospitality principles is a plus
