Duties

- Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and flair
- Engage with guests warmly, taking drink orders and offering recommendations to enhance their experience
- Manage cash register transactions accurately using POS (Point of Sale) systems such as TouchBistro or similar platforms
- Ensure compliance with food safety standards and proper food handling procedures at all times.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including glassware, utensils, and supplies.
- Monitor guest consumption responsibly, adhering to alcohol service laws and policies
- Will be assisting the kitchen with service when needed.
- Assist in setting up the bar for service, restocking supplies,



and closing procedures at shift end.

Skills

- Proven experience in food industry settings, especially in restaurant or bar environments
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to connect with diverse guests quickly and authentically
- Familiarity with POS systems like TouchBistro POS for efficient cashiering and order processing
- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple orders seamlessly during busy hours
- Knowledge of food safety regulations, proper food handling, and hygiene practices
- Basic math skills for accurate cash handling, change calculation, and order totaling
- Effective communication skills to collaborate with team members and serve confidently
- Experience in serving alcohol responsibly while ensuring guest safety and legal compliance
