Duties

- Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and flair, ensuring each drink meets quality standards.
- Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner, providing excellent customer service that enhances their overall experience.
- Manage POS (Point of Sale) systems such as Micros POS for accurate order entry and cash handling, including processing payments efficiently.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, adhering to food safety and food handling standards at all times.
- Monitor guest consumption responsibly, ensuring compliance with alcohol service regulations while promoting a safe environment.
- Restock bar supplies, garnishes, glassware, and beverages as needed to keep the bar fully equipped during busy hours.




- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during shifts, demonstrating strong time management skills in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

- Previous restaurant or food industry experience is highly preferred; familiarity with food service operations is a plus.
- Experience using POS systems such as Micros POS or similar platforms for cashiering and order processing.
- Demonstrated customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor.
- Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures.
- Strong basic math skills for cash handling, making change, and calculating tabs accurately.
- Ability to multitask effectively while maintaining attention to detail in a lively environment.
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks during busy shifts.
- Hospitality background or prior serving experience is advantageous but not required; eagerness to learn is essential.
