Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting beverages, managing the bar area, and ensuring that guests have an enjoyable experience.

Responsibilities

- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and utensils.
- Manage cash handling processes, including processing transactions accurately using the POS system.
- Provide excellent customer service by engaging with patrons, taking orders, and addressing any inquiries or concerns.
- Ensure compliance with food safety and alcohol regulations while handling food and beverages.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food service and ensure timely delivery of orders.
- Monitor inventory levels of bar supplies and assist in ordering as needed.




- Uphold high standards of cleanliness and sanitation in accordance with health regulations.

Skills

- Proven experience in bartending/serveing or food service is preferred.
- Strong cash handling skills with attention to detail in financial transactions.
- Knowledge of food safety practices and regulations related to food handling.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with guests.
- Familiarity with POS systems for efficient order processing.
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team while also being self-motivated.
