Duties

- Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with precision ensuring consistency and quality.
- Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner to take orders, answer questions about drinks and menu items, and recommend specials or popular selections.
- Operate POS systems to process transactions accurately, handle cashing out, and manage tabs efficiently.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including glassware, utensils, and supplies, adhering to food safety standards.
- Manage multiple tasks simultaneously through effective time management during busy service periods.
- Assist in food handling and serving when necessary, supporting overall restaurant operations.




- Ensure compliance with all food safety regulations and responsible alcohol service policies to promote a safe environment for guests and staff alike.

Skills

- Proven experience in food service or hospitality environments, especially within fine dining, nightclubs, or banquet settings.
- Strong knowledge of POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for effective sales processing.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests warmly while managing their orders professionally.
- Demonstrated time management skills to handle fast-paced service periods without compromising quality.
- Familiarity with food handling procedures, alcohol serving regulations, and food safety standards.
- Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math calculations, and accurate billing.
