We are seeking an experienced and passionate Bartender to join our team. The ideal candidate is a hospitality-driven professional with an understanding of cocktails, wines, and spirits, who can create an inviting and engaging bar experience for our guests.

We take pride in delivering an exceptional dining experience with a menu inspired by the coastal flavours of Italy and the Mediterranean. Our bar program features expertly crafted cocktails, a curated wine list, and premium spirits, all designed to complement our culinary offerings.

Roles:
- Excellent organization, prioritization, and time management skills are absolutely essential
- Following our Steps of Service to provide a perfect guest experience.
- Performing bar duties, preparing drink chits, and serving guests at the same time
- Maintaining your work station; performing light side duties.
- Assisting team members with duties, as needed, to ensure smooth business operations.
- Preparing bar supplies for the next shift and tracking usage.
- Always a busy body, looking to help your team in any way you can.
- Taking direction from management to ensure each guest is cared for and promptly helped.
