Support St.Amant in their mission as a Behavior Analyst focusing on First Nations children. This part-time role, based in Winnipeg, involves implementing treatment programs while traveling to diverse communities. St.Amant is seeking a Behavior Analyst to assist in the Jordan’s Principle program, ensuring equitable access to essential services for children.
With a focus on collaboration and person-centered care, you will assess needs, develop treatment plans, and train caregivers. Your expertise in behavioral analysis will be vital in improving lives in Manitoba's diverse communities. Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough assessments to guide program development
- Design and implement effective treatment strategies
- Train family members and caregivers on skills needed
- Evaluate outcomes to ensure effectiveness of treatments
- Engage in teamwork as part of a multidisciplinary approach Requirements:
- Degree in Psychology with Applied Behaviour Analysis courses
- At least 2 years' experience with individuals with disabilities
- Must possess a valid Manitoba driver's license
- Willingness to travel and work flexible schedule
