Job Summary
- Lead and supervise the bar team, including hiring, training, coaching, and conducting interviews to build a motivated and skilled staff
- Overseeing all beverage operations
- Responsible for wine program including training
- Able to detail cocktail specifications
- Inventory Control
- Work with the management team to plan marketing, advertising, and special event
- Implement current and seasonal cocktail lists
- Attend weekly management meeting
Qualifications:
- Possess a minimum of 5 years experience
- Good organizational skills for dealing with diverse duties and staff
- Genuine passion for People, Great Food and Service!!!!
- Excellent written and oral communication
- Strong problem solving and analytical skills
- Considerable knowledge of hospitality systems and controls
- Ability to manage with a high level of attention to detail, hospitality and enthusiastic personality to train and lead
Pay: $60,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
