Take on the role of Program Leader with BGC Okanagan in Peachland, BC, where your involvement will support children's growth and fun. Create and lead diverse programs while ensuring safe environments. The part time Program Leader position is integral to our School Age Childcare team.

You will implement various recreational and educational programs while directly supervising members. Building relationships with children and their families is crucial to the success of this role while adhering to all safety and program standards. Key Responsibilities:

- Develop diverse recreational and educational activities
- Supervise members, ensuring health and safety
- Mentor and guide Activity Leaders effectively
- Communicate openly with families and instill trust
- Prepare healthy snacks and manage dietary needs Requirements:
- Relevant education or experience in childcare
- At least one year of recent related experience
- Holding a First Aid Certificate and Food Safe is a plus
- Class 5 Driver's Licence with willingness to upgrade
