Boreal Education partners with Canadian universities and colleges to design and market flexible online programs, expanding access to high-quality credentials for working adults across Canada. We're a fast-growing team, and we're looking for another bilingual (English/French) Student Enrolment Advisor to join our team and grow with us.

The Impact You'll Make

- You're often the first conversation a prospective student has with one of our university partner programs, helping them decide whether it's the right fit. Done well, this work changes career trajectories and fuels our growth.
- You'll own a healthy, well-qualified pipeline and become the go-to expert on your assigned university partner and program, guiding students from first inquiry through to enrolment.

What You'll Do

- Handle inbound enrolment inquiries by phone, email, and SMS, in the student's language of choice (English or French)
- Guide prospective students through the enrolment process with program expertise and a consultative approach
- Manage a disciplined pipeline in Salesforce, with clean notes, tasks, and next steps
- Partner with Marketing, Student Success, and Academic Partnerships, feeding market insight back to the team to improve the student experience

- Prospective students who feel heard, informed,



and confident in their decision
- Consistent contribution to intake outcomes

We're Looking For

- Strong consultative instincts: trust-building, needs analysis, problem-solving (formal sales training not required)
- Full professional fluency in English and French, written and spoken
- Outstanding communication across diverse audiences
- Organized and detail-oriented under volume, comfortable with Salesforce or a similar CRM plus Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Comfortable working independently and navigating ambiguity
- Experience in student advising, admissions, or inbound sales is an asset
- Degree from a recognized university
- Legal authorization to work in Canada

This role is remote-by-design and our company is based in Toronto. We trust you to do your best work from home, and we come together in the GTA for social events and full-team off-sites a few times a year.
