Branch Administrator / Billing & Operations Coordinator

London, ON

Temp 6–12 weeks (starting immediately)

Compensation: $23–$28/hour ($50,000–$60,000 annualized)

We are looking for a detail-oriented Branch Administrator / Billing & Operations Coordinator to support a busy service and operations team in London. This is initially a 6–12 week temporary assignment with the potential to become a permanent position for the right candidate.

The ideal candidate is organized, dependable and comfortable managing administrative details, customer requests, purchasing and general branch support. Previous billing experience is helpful but not required — solid administrative skills, attention to detail and a willingness to learn are more important.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare, process and track customer invoices and assist with billing corrections and follow-up.
- Support customer account administration and respond to customer inquiries professionally.
- Coordinate customer site access and service-related scheduling requirements.
- Create and process purchase requisitions and purchase orders.
- Investigate discrepancies and follow up with internal teams and suppliers as required.
- Maintain accurate customer, purchasing, billing and operational records.




- Provide administrative support to the branch management and service teams.
- Coordinate communication between service, sales, operations and corporate departments.
- Assist with office administration, supplies and general branch support.
- Maintain safety and compliance records and assist with branch safety administration.
- Provide backup support to other branch administrative staff as required.

What We're Looking For

- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Previous administrative, customer service, accounting or operations experience.
- Comfortable working with numbers, invoices and purchase orders.
- Billing/invoicing experience is an asset, but not required.
- Strong Excel and Microsoft Office skills.
- Excellent communication and follow-up skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a busy branch environment.
- Professional, reliable and team-oriented approach.
- Experience with ERP systems is an asset.
