You will be tasked with aligning training programs with regulatory requirements, ensuring personnel are well-equipped with essential knowledge.

Collaborating with global operations, you'll manage training sessions, oversee curriculum development, and enhance the Learning Management System. This position involves significant responsibility in fostering a culture of compliance and continual improvement. Key Responsibilities:

- Direct the implementation of effective training programs
- Evaluate and maintain training effectiveness metrics




- Conduct onboarding and annual GMP training for staff
- Ensure accurate records in the Learning Management System
- Facilitate ongoing instructor-led training courses Requirements:
- Post-secondary education in a relevant discipline
- Four years of experience in a GMP environment
- Exceptional skills in training development and facilitation
- Background in quality system compliance
- LMS experience and metrics knowledge Drive quality assurance training to recent heights at BIOVECTRA across its facilities.
