Job Summary

We are seeking part time leading full time a skilled and detail-oriented Window Treatment Installer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in various construction and installation tasks, with a strong focus on delivering high-quality results. This role involves working with hand tools and various materials to install window treatments, ensuring customer satisfaction through precision and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

- Install a variety of window treatments, including blinds, shades, and draperies, according to specifications and customer preferences.
- Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively to complete installations safely and efficiently.
- Read work order for installation instructions to ensure accurate placement and alignment of window treatments.
- Perform restoration work as needed to prepare surfaces for installation.
- Apply caulking where necessary to ensure a finished look and seal gaps.




- Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time while maintaining high standards of quality.
- Maintain an organized workspace and adhere to safety protocols at all times.

Qualifications

- some experience in window coverings or windows/doors as asset.
- Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and their safe operation is essential.
- Ability to read measurements.
- Experience in plumbing, window installation, handy person or other related skills is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to delivering quality workmanship.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
