Join our growing team as a Bodily Injury Claims Adjuster for a National Transportation Firm. In this remote role, you’ll apply your expertise to meaningful work and play an important role in delivering exceptional service when it matters most.

As a Bodily Injury Claims Adjuster, you will manage a portfolio of injury-related claims from initial review through resolution, applying sound judgment, robust investigative skills, and a customer-focused approach. In this role, you will assess coverage, liability, injury details, medical information, and damages; communicate with claimants, clients, legal representatives, and internal partners; and negotiate fair and timely settlements. This position is ideal for someone who can manage complex files with empathy, accuracy, and confidence while delivering professional claims service.

Responsibilities

- Desktop Investigation, collection, and analysis of claims information
- Accurate recording, reporting and presentation of files
- Evaluates coverage, liability and quantum
- Maintenance of accurate billing,



and time and expense records

Qualifications

- Minimum 6 years of technical experience handling Bodily Injury Claims and Commercial General Liability
- Experience with medical malpractice claims
- Post Secondary education in an insurance related field will be considered an asset
- CIP designation or working towards CIP designation is required
- Independent Adjuster Licensed with ability to maintain a full adjusting license in your home province. Multiple provincial licenses is preferred.
- Strong computer and reporting skills including Office 365 and Windows 10
- A team player with outstanding customer service skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong analytical and mathematical ability
- Able to manage multiple priorities
- Strong PC skills including application based skills
- Complete continuing education courses as required by Crawford and Company, province, or professional trade association
