If you're an experienced Autobody Technician (310B) or a skilled Apprentice looking to grow your career in a professional, technology-driven collision repair environment, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities

- Perform high-quality autobody repairs and part replacements according to OEM repair procedures
- Complete structural and non-structural collision repairs
- Perform panel replacement, body repairs, and vehicle restoration
- Use advanced collision repair equipment and tools safely and effectively
- Collaborate with painters, estimators, and production staff to ensure accurate and efficient repairs
- Follow company SOPs and quality-control procedures
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
- Ensure completed repairs meet or exceed manufacturer safety and quality standards

Requirements
- 310B Autobody Repair Technician license or registered apprentice
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on collision repair experience preferred
- Strong technical, diagnostic,



and problem-solving skills
- Ability to accurately assess vehicle damage and complete repairs
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Strong commitment to safety, quality, and customer satisfaction
- Valid driver's license is an asset

Preferred Assets
- OEM certifications or training
- Tesla, Audi, BMW, Volkswagen, or other manufacturer experience
- Welding certifications, including MIG, spot, steel, or aluminum welding
- ADAS calibration experience
- EV collision repair experience
- Experience working on luxury or high-end vehicles
