We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Bookkeeper to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, processing accounts receivable and payable, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations. Responsibilities

- Manage accounts receivable and accounts payable processes to ensure timely payments and collections.
- Perform bank reconciliations to maintain accurate financial records.
- Prepare and process payroll accurately and on time.
- Conduct account analysis to identify discrepancies and resolve issues promptly.
- Assist in budgeting processes by providing necessary financial data.
- Utilize accounting software such as QuickBooks, Xero, or Sage for daily transactions and reporting.
- Maintain organized financial records and documentation for audits.




- Collaborate with other departments to support financial planning and decision-making.

Requirements

- Proven experience as a Bookkeeper or in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
- Proficiency in accounting software, including QuickBooks, Xero, or Sage.
- Experience with payroll processing is preferred.
- Ability to perform account analysis and bank reconciliations effectively.
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Solid communication skills to interact with team members and clients effectively.
- A degree in Accounting or Finance is a plus but not mandatory.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Pay: $20.00-$29.08 per hour
