Duties

- Maintain accurate financial records by recording daily transactions using accounting software such as QuickBooks, Sage, or Xero
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes to ensure timely payments and collections
- Perform regular bank reconciliations to verify account balances and identify discrepancies
- Conduct account analysis to monitor financial performance and prepare detailed reports for management
- Assist with payroll processing by ensuring correct employee compensation and tax deductions
- Reconcile accounts through detailed review of transactions, invoices, and statements




- Support budgeting activities by tracking expenses and assisting in financial planning efforts

Requirements

- Proven experience with accounting software such as QuickBooks, Sage, or Xero is essential
- Strong knowledge of bookkeeping principles, including accounts payable, receivable, and account reconciliation
- Familiarity with payroll processing and related compliance requirements
- Excellent attention to detail with the ability to analyze accounts accurately
- Ability to perform bank reconciliations efficiently and identify discrepancies promptly
- Basic understanding of budgeting processes and financial reporting standards
- Prior experience in an accounting or bookkeeping role is highly preferred
