King George Nissan in South Surrey requires a Full Time hybrid Receptionist / Bookkeeper. We are a family owned, new car dealership that has been serving the South Surrey and White Rock area for the last 35 years.

Hours are Mon-Fri 9am-5:30pm

Duties include

- Answering and directing phone calls on a multi line phone system.
- Greeting and directing walk in customers to the appropriate departments and personnel.
- Bookkeeping duties to include daily cash accounting, car deal posting, and assistant payroll duties.
- Stocking in and stocking out vehicles
- Updating customer and vehicle sales information into Nissan's web portal.
- General filing
- Recording sales people's hours
- Keeping customer lounge and coffee area tidy and general tidying of the showroom displays, brochure racks, etc.
- Other duties as may reasonably be required of the position.

- 1 yr experience with bookkeeping in an automotive dealership or a similar industry.

- Ability to accurately enter data.
- Ability to adhere to a business casual dress code.

Previous automotive experience is an asset. Previous experience with ADP/CDK software is an asset. Previous experience with Payworks payroll software is an asset. Compensation commensurate with experience.
