Nirvana Waterworks is a fast-growing Canadian-owned distributor of waterworks and HDPE products, serving municipalities, contractors, industrial clients, and remote/northern communities across Western Canada. We’re building something special and we’re looking for a Regional Manager who wants to build with us.

This is a senior leadership role with direct influence over people, process, performance, and long-term regional strategy. You’ll lead our Manitoba & Northwestern Ontario operations from our Winnipeg location and work closely with the ownership group to shape the next phase of our growth.

Key Responsibilities

Build & Lead

- Develop and implement processes, structure, and systems across departments
- Lead hiring, performance management, coaching, and terminations
- Build a strong, accountable team culture focused on execution and service

Sales Strategy & Execution
- Propose and execute regional sales strategies aligned with company goals
- Drive performance across Inside Sales, Outside Sales, and Estimation
- Support major bids, customer development, and long-term account planning

Cross-Functional Oversight
- Oversee Estimation, Warehouse, Marketing, and Operations teams
- Ensure daily operations run smoothly and efficiently
- Improve workflows, communication, and interdepartmental alignment

Financial Stewardship
- Collaborate with the Controller and accounting team
- Create and manage budgets, monitor KPIs, and analyze financial reports
- Adjust strategies to ensure profitability and operational discipline

Customer & Supplier Relations
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and suppliers
- Represent Nirvana Waterworks with professionalism and integrity
- Support collections and uphold financial protocols

Policy, Compliance & Standards
- Implement company policies, safety standards, and operational procedures




- Ensure compliance across all departments and locations
- Maintain a high standard of quality, accuracy, and accountability

Executive Reporting
- Report directly to ownership with updates, insights, and recommendations
- Provide clear communication on performance, risks, and opportunities

What You Bring
- Proven experience in regional, branch, or multi-site management
- Strong financial acumen, budgeting experience, and strategic thinking
- Demonstrated leadership ability with a track record of developing teams
- Experience in sales strategy, operations, or distribution environments
- Comfortable working closely with executive leadership
- Bonus: Experience in project management, people leadership, construction supply, or material distribution

Additional Details
- Schedule: Monday to Friday, full-time
- Location: On-site at our Winnipeg branch, with regional travel as required
- Compensation: Competitive salary based on experience + performance incentives
- Start Date: As soon as the right candidate is found
