Responsibilities

- Greet guests warmly and promptly upon arrival, creating an inviting atmosphere for breakfast service
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS (Point of Sale) systems such as Micros POS, ensuring quick and correct processing
- Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining high standards of presentation and sanitation
- Assist with food handling and preparation tasks to support kitchen staff when needed
- Manage cash handling responsibilities accurately, including cashiering and providing correct change
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in dining areas, including table clearing and resetting for new guests




- Upsell menu items to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales opportunities while providing attentive guest services

Requirements

- Prior food service or restaurant experience is preferred, especially in breakfast or hospitality settings
- Robust customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude
- Knowledge of food safety practices and proper sanitation procedures
- Experience with POS systems such as Micros POS or similar platforms
- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during busy hours
- Basic math skills for cash handling, billing, and order calculations
- Ability to stand, walk, and perform physical tasks for extended periods throughout shifts
- Kitchen experience or food preparation skills are a plus but not mandatory
- Demonstrated ability to work well within a team in a fast-paced environment
