Overview

We are looking for a full-time Brewing Assistant to fulfill production needs by aiding with brewing, cellaring and packaging to ensure consistent and high-quality beer. This role involves assisting with the brewing process, and maintaining a clean and safe manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will have a passion for craft beer, and a strong understanding of cleanliness and safety standards.

Duties

- Dry hopping beer and adding fruit on a 6-8 ft ladder using a hop doser.
- Following written procedures for cleaning, sanitation and safety protocol.
- Performing regular maintenance on equipment to ensure everything is in positive working order.
- Maintaining brewing and maintenance records in Breww software.
- Performing beer sensory and quality checks on all production batches
- Adhere to company policies and safety protocols

The successful candidates will:

- Be enthusiastic about craft beer,



especially hop-forward beers, and have a passion to learn
- Experience with cleaning, quality control and sanitation environments
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Detail oriented
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to multi-task
- Ability to lift 25kg
- Comfortable using a pallet stacker or learning to, as well as working from heights on a ladder to handle ingredients
- Friendly and positive attitude
- Take initiative in tasks
