Duties

- Greet brides and their families warmly, establishing a welcoming and positive workplace
- Assist clients in selecting bridal gowns, accessories, and complementary styles through personalized consultations
- Conduct detailed product demonstrations, highlighting features and benefits of various dresses and accessories
- Provide expert advice on fit, style, fabric, and current bridal trends to help clients make informed decisions
- Manage merchandising displays to ensure the boutique remains attractive, organized, and aligned with brand standards
- Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems for transactions, including cash handling and processing payments accurately




- Upsell additional products such as veils, jewelry, shoes, and undergarments to enhance the bridal look
- Maintain excellent communication skills with clients via phone or in-person to answer questions and schedule appointments
- Demonstrate strong organizational skills by managing appointments efficiently and keeping records up-to-date
- Ensure adherence to store policies on cash handling, customer service standards, and time management

Experience

- Previous retail sales experience is preferred, especially within fashion or specialty retail environments
- Technical sales experience or familiarity with product demos enhances your ability to educate clients effectively
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly valued to serve diverse clientele effectively
- Strong communication skills coupled with excellent phone etiquette are essential for building rapport with clients
- Experience in merchandising, POS operations, cashiering, or basic math helps streamline sales processes
- Customer service experience demonstrating patience, empathy, and active listening is crucial for creating memorable experiences
- Ability to manage time efficiently while multitasking in a fast-paced setting is vital for success in this role

Pay: $18.00-$27.00 per hour
