Duties

- Greet customers warmly and assist with their shopping experience, ensuring their needs are met with enthusiasm and professionalism
- Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems accurately for transactions, cash handling, and receipts
- Upsell products and promote special offers to enhance customer satisfaction and store sales
- Manage inventory through merchandising, filing, and stock organization to maintain an attractive shopping environment




- Handle heavy lifting of merchandise safely while adhering to safety protocols
- Maintain excellent communication skills with team members to coordinate tasks efficiently and support leadership initiatives

Requirements

- Prior experience in retail sales or hospitality environments is advantageous
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a busy setting
- Basic math skills for cash handling and transaction accuracy
- Ability to operate computer systems, POS terminals, and perform basic computer skills tasks
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, approachable attitude
- Willingness to perform heavy lifting safely as part of daily duties
- Demonstrated leadership qualities with the ability to motivate team members and manage time efficiently
