Budtender – Cannabis Retail

We are looking for an enthusiastic and knowledgeable Budtender to join our team. The ideal candidate is passionate about cannabis, enjoys working with customers, and brings a positive, energetic attitude to every shift.

We are seeking someone who can confidently guide customers through our product selection while providing friendly, knowledgeable, and responsible service.

Experience & Qualifications

- Minimum 2 years of experience working in a cannabis retail store is required
- Valid Ontario CannSell Certification is required
- Experience with COVA POS is considered a strong asset
- Strong knowledge of cannabis products, categories, brands, and product differences
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Positive, enthusiastic, and professional attitude
- Must be 19 years of age or older
- Must be willing and able to provide a police record check

Roles & Responsibilities
- Greet customers and create a welcoming, positive shopping experience
- Assist customers in identifying products that suit their individual needs and preferences
- Provide knowledgeable information about cannabis products, categories, brands,



and available options
- Operate the POS system accurately and follow all cash-in and cash-out procedures
- Follow all applicable cannabis retail regulations and store policies
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional retail environment
- Perform regular cleaning duties, including surface cleaning and floor sweeping
- Assist with inventory counts and regular inventory audits
- Maintain product displays and ensure the sales floor is organized and well stocked
- Work cooperatively with other team members to provide excellent customer service

Hours 32–36 hours per week

We are looking for someone who genuinely enjoys cannabis retail and takes pride in providing customers with an informative, friendly, and welcoming experience.
