We are seeking an energetic and customer-focused Budtender to join our dynamic team. Duties

- Greet customers warmly and assist them in selecting cannabis products tailored to their needs
- Provide detailed product information, including effects, dosages, and consumption methods
- Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems accurately for cash handling and transactions
- Upsell products by understanding customer preferences and recommending complementary items
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the sales floor, display cases, and storage areas
- Ensure compliance with all legal regulations and company policies regarding product sales and documentation
- Manage inventory levels through proper filing, stock replenishment, and merchandising efforts
- Handle heavy lifting when restocking shelves or moving supplies safely and efficiently
- Use computer skills to update records,



process transactions, and generate reports as needed
- Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing questions, resolving issues promptly, and creating a welcoming environment

Qualifications

- Proven experience in retail sales or hospitality environments with strong customer service skills
- Familiarity with POS systems, such as Cova
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently when restocking or organizing merchandise
- Excellent communication skills to engage with diverse customers effectively
- Strong organizational skills for filing, merchandising, and managing inventory records
- Knowledge of cannabis products, industry regulations
- Previous Budtending experience is required
- CannSell Certification required.
- Demonstrated time management skills to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
