You will oversee installations, engage with stakeholders, and resolve operational issues across multiple campuses, including North Campus and Campus Saint-Jean. With a focus on improving air quality and temperature control, you’ll play a vital role in maintaining optimal learning and research environments. Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee operational shutdown procedures for construction and maintenance
- Provide operational feedback to internal and external stakeholders
- Meet with design consultants on system conditions
- Assist UCC Operator during adverse conditions
- Participate in emergency standby shifts on rotation Requirements:
- Diploma or degree in Building Systems Technology or related field
- Minimum five years job-related experience required
- Professional accreditation in engineering or building sciences an asset
- Journeyperson designation in relevant areas preferred
