We are currently recruiting for a Building Operator to join a well established commercial real estate organization in Mississauga,
The Building Operator will be responsible for the day-to-day operation and maintenance of a portfolio of commercial properties. This is a hands-on role suited to someone who is self-sufficient, resourceful, technically strong, and comfortable taking ownership of building operations.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3–5 years of commercial building operations/property management experience
- BES Level 1 & 2
- Valid driver’s licence
- Solid technical troubleshooting abilities
- General knowledge of electrical, plumbing, mechanical and building systems
Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM Location: Mississauga, ON
Anticipated Start: Mid to late September
