Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and energetic Building Superintendent to oversee the daily operations and maintenance of our client’s building. This role involves managing maintenance activities, supervising staff, and ensuring all systems function optimally. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership, mechanical knowledge, and project management skills to create a safe, well-maintained environment.

Responsibilities

- Work with work order system on building maintenance activities, including electrical, HVAC, plumbing, and mechanical systems.
- Manage maintenance schedules to track work orders and asset histories.




- Plan and execute small-scale projects related to building upgrades or repairs with a focus on safety and efficiency.
- Conduct regular inspections of the building’s infrastructure to identify issues early and implement corrective actions.
- Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities and safety protocols.

Qualifications

- Proven hands-on experience in building maintenance.
- Strong handyman skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Mechanical knowledge with experience.
- Experience in small plumbing repairs, small electrical, drywall patches, small carpentry and handyman work.
- Excellent leadership skills combined with clear communication in English.
- Ability to work with compactor and garbage bins arrangement for pick up.

Pay: $23.50-$25.00 per hour
