Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end business analysis for large and enterprise-level I⁢ projects. Gather, analyze, document, and validate business and technical requirements with stakeholders and SMEs. Lead requirements workshops, interviews, JAD sessions, process mapping, business modeling, and process re-engineering. Develop functional/non-functional requirements, use cases, user stories, process flows, data flows, business rules, and user journeys. Develop business cases, cost-benefit analysis, feasibility studies, options analysis, and recommendations. Manage/groom product backlogs and work closely with Product Owners, Agile teams, QA, UAT, Architecture, and technical teams.

Provide

Agile leadership, mentoring, stakeholder management, presentations, demos, and training. Identify process gaps, dependencies, risks, and opportunities for business/service improvement. Ensure alignment with enterprise architecture, SDLC, I⁢ standards, and project governance.



Must-Have Skills

10+ years of Business Analysis experience on medium/large-scale projects. Strong experience with Agile and Waterfall methodologies. Strong knowledge of I⁢, Enterprise Architecture, and Enterprise Transformation/Modernization projects. Hands-on experience with requirements gathering, business process re-engineering, business modeling, use cases, user stories, and functional/non-functional requirements. Robust workshop facilitation and stakeholder engagement experience.

Experience with MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Visio) and Azure DevOps / Jira. Excellent communication, analytical, problem-solving, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Experience developing business cases, cost-benefit analysis, feasibility studies, and performance measures. Agile/Scrum certification such as Scrum Master, Agile Coach, or equivalent is preferred.

Public

Sector experience/knowledge is an asset.
